Chick Peas and Broccoli Stir Fry
This is so good and simple; I will tell you how Esther made it and you can adapt it for more people.
Fill soup bowl with chick peas, chopped broccoli, and sliced green peppers. Heat pan (she used a flat grill surface) and squirt of olive oil; add vegetables, a heaping spoonful of minced garlic (about 2 tsp. I’d guess), salt and crushed red pepper to taste. Stir over med-high heat till veggies are crisp-tender, adding more olive oil as needed. Serve over steamed rice or cooked pasta.
