Hot Chocolate mix
Into snack size Ziploc baggies, measure the following:
2 Tbsp. baking cocoa
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash salt
handful mini marshmallows
Seal and tote them anywhere! To serve, pour into large mug and add 1 cup heated soy/rice/almond milk and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Whisk with fork to break up any cocoa lumps. (Soy milk yields the thick creamy result you want in hot chocolate, but if you prefer another kind, go for it!)
